If you are serious about weight loss do the keto diet. I was insulin resistant and couldn’t lose weight if I starved myself. Lost 30 pounds in 6 months. I eat to live not live to eat. I could see myself getting sicker everyday and didn’t want to end up with diabetes. I had fatty liver but it’s better and I feel healthier. It isn’t easy but it’s worth it to me. 🥰

I have terrible eczema on my hands, so for processing veggies I use a french fry cutter. If you slice the potato into thick slices and put the slices thru the cutter you get small diced potatoes. It works for onion, celery, whatever.

In Australia women are often caught short in the wild. I often drive long distances and need to pee by the roadside out in the country. I use a ‘ She wee’, a devise that an extra length of tube can be added to for extra length so liquids are expelled at a bit of a distance while you stand up. It stops dribbles down your leg or pants. I’d advise practising in the shower with it first and the newer one has a wider softer silicone oval bowl area, very comfortable. It is easy to rinse it with water and comes with a carry case.I store it in my car glove box. For anything more serious I take a small trowel (shovel), loo paper or Scottish restaurant serviettes (napkins) and a zip lock bag behind a tree or a bush. In my holiday on-site van and my mobile van I have a ‘ thunder box’ which is a grey plastic bucket with a snap on toilet seat and lid. I put in a big capful of Napinsan or the Aldi equivalent, and a splash of water soluable eucalyptus oil and about 2 cups warm water. Only liquid ‘ events’ go in there but there is no smell at all over a few days. The bucket can be emptied and rinsed at the camp dump site for such things. For more serious events I dash to the amenities block. 🇦🇺🦘🦘🇦🇺

I am glad you mentioned using the two doors on the passenger side for modesty. I live in Montana and have four daughters this since they were potty trained. It is usually possible to pull over in a place where the traffic is lighter. I had a good friend who would say even if they notice they should take a good look because they will not see it again.😅

I had a friend got off of work who was stuck for quite a while on top of the Mississippi River bridge due to an accident she needed to pee well she thought being in pain saw her umbrella and used that. I guess it worked ok it was water proof.

My husband liked to go on vacation and drive at night to get to our destination. One trip in 1977 we were traveling from New Orleans to Disney World. I had to make a river as my grandma called it. It was pitch black on some God forsaken road. I got out went on the side of the road a little ways facing woods. I was so scared of a snake biting me. Like Indiana Jones I hate 🐍 snakes.

Toilet paper and Kleenex disintegrate very fast in a pocket or pack, but paper napkins from restaraunts last a very long time in the same conditions. That's why I hoard them, and I keep them in the pockets of all my packs and jackets for outdoor sports, like hiking and skiing. They can also be reused if necessary, where toilet paper is nearly dust after just 1 use.

Around my house, we say, "I'm going to water the grass." Everyone knows. 🤣

A friend and I used to take a small cooler full of cherries and go for a ride, spitting pits out the window as we went.....without having the slipstream catch them and blow them back in our faces. For the heck of it i bought a regular funnel at walmart f 99cents Having had many urinary problems i thought id take it next time f testing Also, u can ask f a Hat, it fits over the toilet n u can sit down n pee inatead of strugglung t balance urself in mid air I lived on bigisland Hawaii f 26 years n often had t go by the side of the road After awhile ya just get over being embarrassed😅

23yr trucker & avid suv camper here. From the start of my trking career up to now, I roll with a Home Depot 2gal bucket & a Pstyle device. The bucket & lid is small enough to accomplish #1 & #2s in most rigs. I use the Pstyle with the bucket 99% of the time in & next to my rig; less splatter & way easier than squatting. Gas station or trk stop paper towels for free TP.👍 Toilet bowl cleaner & h2o in pale to cut smell. Dump after a couple "uses." Scrub pale out & rinse when opportunity arises & roll on!

Just a Question I would like to ask. Why is it bad to Bury the toilet paper or wipes along with everything else?? Why do you need to bring a garbage bag?? Wouldn't it be a good idea to bury it with everything else?? I never went camping or anything. I am just curious as to the reasoning.

Buy paper soaps and water bottle instead of sanitizer, much cleaner.

Listen to wisdom. Carry a stainless steel large cup. Pee in the cup, poop in the cup, find a stick and mix into liquid fertilizer. Pour on favorite plant ( which will love you for this treat.) Carry a spray bottle and a sponge. Clean and dry.

FYI Unrefined organic coconut oil is amazing for hemmoroids, you can even make suppositories from it
